  1. Returns and Exchanges

1.1 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Muizade Power. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

2.1 To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when it was received.

  • The product must be returned within 2 – 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, must be provided.

  1. Return Process

3.1 To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at hello@muizadepower.com or 07049445297. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA number) if applicable.

3.2 Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using a reputable shipping carrier with a tracking service to ensure the safe return of the product.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

4.1 If the return or exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  1. Refunds and Exchanges

5.1 Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange within 2 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5.2 In the case of an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped to you once the returned product has been received and processed.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

6.1 The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

  • Products without the original packaging or missing parts.

  • Products that were purchased as part of a promotional bundle or special offer.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products

7.1 If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 24hours of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.

  1. Warranty

8.1 Some products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the product documentation or contact our customer support team for information on warranty coverage and claims.
